PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
  • All studio sessions must be booked through the online booking system.
  • Card pre-authorisation is done on the time of booking to secure and confirm the booking. .
  • FAV Studios are charging £10 per meter of any fresh paper backdrop used on the floor that has sign of wear after. We do not charge for the paper used on the floor that has been previously used and has signs of wear.
CANCELLATIONS
  • Cancellations made 5 days before the scheduled session start time are are allowed and are not charged.
  • Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled session start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations or no shows within the 48 hour period prior to their session will not receive any refund under any circumstances and are non-transferable.
LENGTH OF USE
  • The client, their team and any third party must arrive and leave within the session time booked. Users must allow reasonable time for set up and packing away of equipment, setting up and packing away is considered as part of your session time.
  • No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. 
  • Overtime will be charged at a 50% increase on the standard hire rate. Finishing times are recorded from when the last person leaves the studio and is charged without exception.
CLEANING & TRASH
  • Client is required to leave the premises and all contents and fixtures in the same condition and places as they were when the client arrived. 
  • FAV Studios will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash can. 
  • Client must discard large items, such as personal props and set pieces.
  • All items brought to the Premises by client are to be removed by client. Items left after 7 days will be assumed abandoned and may be discarded or kept by FAV Studios, with no compensation due to the client. 
  • If the client does not return Premises to the order and cleanliness found when the client arrived, FAV Studios will charge at minimum a £20 cleaning fee to the card used to book the studio.
Breakages, losses and damages
  • The client hiring the studio is responsible for all breakages, losses or damages caused to the studio or equipment by him/her, or any other person from his/her team, during the use of the studio.
  • For your safety and security, as well as our own, all studios are monitored by CCTV.
  • Client is responsible for any damage to infinity cove. No stepping is allowed onto infinity cove. In a situation where infinity cove is damaged, the client will have to cover full expanse for bringing back infinity cove to the shape it was found when the client arrived. Any noticeable damage noticed by a client on arrival must be highlighted to FAV Studios team immediately. 
  • If client requires freshly painted infinity cove, FAV team have to be informed prior the booking and £40 charge applies
  • All equipment and services are supplied by FAV Studios entirely at the risk of the client. FAV Studios shall not be liable for any loss or damage to materials or props or equipment, including consequential loss and loss of profit however caused, arising out of the use or the inability to use the equipment supplied or agreed to be supplied.
  • No alterations, decorations or additions to the studio are permitted without the written consent of FAV Studios.
  • The client shall pay any costs incurred by FAV Studios arising out of any breach of these conditions.
  • The client must notify FAV Studios at the time of supply if the condition of the equipment is not acceptable.
  • FAV Studios shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage, expense, or for any  loss whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any of the following: any damage to or loss of property by the Client or any third party; any breakdown, stoppage or failure of the facilities and equipment provided in the studio or any other equipment supplied to the client by FAV Studios.
CONDUCT
  • This is a shared studio and we maintain a professional environment. Client shall be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying Client while on FAV Studios Premises. 
  • Client agrees that FAV Studios representative may, at FAV Studios sole discretion, be present at all times. If the representative observes or otherwise becomes aware of dangerous, illegal or negligent practices or activities, the representative reserves the right to stop the shoot and may require the client and clients party to leave immediately. 
AGE OF MODELS
  • Client is solely responsible for verifying that all photographic subjects are of legal age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
  • FAV Studios has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the clients activities but reserves the right to demand proof of parental consent if models or photographic subjects are under the age of 18 and to end those activities if FAV Studios becomes aware that legal age violations are occurring. 
  • FAV Studios is not liable in the case of an invalid ID or any other form of age verification. 
  • Any children under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
STUDIO RULES
  • No smoking is allowed in the building. 
  • Food and drink must stay in areas with hard floors, not on backdrops and away from infinity cove.. 
  • No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs. 
  • Music / voices are to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics or words. 
  • No tape to be used on the floor 
  • Shoe covers must be worn when stepping on shooting area
  • No one is allowed to use the rest of the facility apart from bathrooms
  • No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances. 
  • No pets allowed without prior consent of FAV Studios representative.
